At Castelfalfi, residents have the opportunity to live on an Estate that is at one with nature and proud of its farming vocation. Produce from across the estate is entirely organic and can be enjoyed by residents with wines and olive oil available from the estate’s winery.

Thousands of years of farming tradition is reflected in the estates' 1,100 hectares of fertile land: almost 25 hectares of vineyards deliver six labels of outstanding wines, from Chianti Riserva DOCG to a stunning Sangiovese IGT. For centuries, the Village of Castelfalfi has been surrounded by olive groves, and its history is closely linked to oil production as well. Nearly 2,000 olive trees, including Frantoio and Pendolino varieties, have been added to the 8,000 plus trees that cover the hillsides, whilst Castelfalfi’s olive mill is part of the rural fabric, processing estate oils and those of hundreds of local landowners.

Our residents can now take a further step to join the life of the local community, making a pledge to our land and becoming Farmers in Castelfalfi. By adopting a row of vines or an olive grove on our Estate, they have the chance to support us in preserving the Tuscan farming traditions and to enjoy their very own splendid harvest.
