Tenuta di Castelfalfi S.p.A. as the Data Controller, pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation no. 679 of 27 April 2016 "General Data Protection Regulation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), informs you that the personal data you provide by browsing or filling in specific forms will be processed in the manner and for the purposes set out below.
Navigation data
Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, over the course of their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature may, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the user's operating system and IT systems.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain liability in the event of computer crimes against the site.

The provision of your personal data is necessary to obtain the information requested. Failure to provide said data will result in our staff being unable to respond to your requests.
The data will be processed for the time necessary to process the request and retained if required by law for the period specified by the regulations in force.

Your personal data will be processed to send you informative and promotional material regarding the Tenuta di Castelfalfi's real estate activities through our Real Estate newsletter service.

The personal data you provide will be processed by specially instructed personnel working under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller.

Rights of the Data Subjects
We also inform you that you may exercise your rights under Chapter III of the Regulation at any time. In particular, you have the right to request access to the data concerning you, their rectification or erasure, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of data processing; you also have the right to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to withdraw your consent and to object, in whole or in part, to the use of the data; as well as to exercise the other rights recognised to you by the applicable regulations. Pursuant to Art. 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing breaches the aforementioned Regulation.
